MaxlRIDE MOTOFESTIVAL with Pol Tarrés, Kilian Moreno, and many more attractions
For the first time, a novel motorcycle festival will take place from 25 to 27 August 2023 at the idyllically located 60,000 square meter area of the Maxlrain Castle Brewery in the Bavarian Rosenheim district, combining customizers, scramblers, tourers, and especially adventure and enduro bikes, with the participation of some big names and major brands.
From 25 August to 27 August 2023, the MaxlRIDE MOTOFESTIVAL will for the first time open the transformed castle meadow and the opposite brewery area of the well-known Maxlrain Castle Brewery to up to 5,000 motorcycle enthusiasts.
40 years Yamaha Ténéré Spirit Camp with Pol Tarrés
As the main sponsor, YAMAHA invites trail champion and hard enduro rider Pol Tarrés as part of the 40 Years Ténéré Spirit Camp and presents the whole world of adventure fascination on a grand scale. Alongside get-together opportunities in a cozy camp atmosphere, the Ténéré fascination will be presented in the form of unique pieces and Dakar classics from the 40-year model history - from the Super Ténéré to the brand new Ténéré 700, which will also be available for test drives.
In addition to Pol Tarrés, riding artist and brand ambassador for Mosko Moto, Kilian Moreno, will be on site all weekend. Other world travelers like Tom Possod, organizer of the Europe Africa Rodeos, Freegulliver Mario and Matej, who drove their bikes to Mt. Everest, or podcast legend Haui Hauersen, founder of BEARcast, will enrich the event with lectures among other things.
Royal Enfield Riders Club Members from all over Europe expected
Royal Enfield will create a major meeting point for all European Riders Club members, including a specially styled campground, and present and offer the bike innovations for test drives against the stunning backdrop of the Bavarian Pre-Alps.
Another test drive package is offered by Triumph Motorcycles in cooperation with Triumph Munich, as well as Enduro Republic from Italy with some Aprilia models.
A special experience will be the presence of Ural Motorcycles, who also invite to test rides on the cordoned-off off-road training course and thus offer every visitor the opportunity to test a sidecar machine.
Three different riding courses and a children's course from KTM Moto Hall
At the center of the MaxlRIDE MOTOFESTIVAL are varied experiences, guided tours and route suggestions, a bike skills course in cooperation with experienced off-road instructors, inspiring lectures, adventure film screenings, and interesting workshops for learning and participating. For all vintage scrambler and enduro riders, there will be a cordoned-off rally course for letting off steam or just watching. KTM Moto Hall from Mattighofen will set up a cordoned-off children's course for all kids.
Over 40 exhibitors from heritage brands to electric motorcycle
In cooperation with the Berlin festival Reload Land, a curated platform for various brands will be set up that also presents the rapidly growing fascination for electric motorcycles. Among others, the local dealer Zweiradwerke Rosenheim shows the new Zero DSR/X.
Equipment and accessory brands such as Bikes Peak, Dainese, Enduristan, Fuel Motorcycles, Hen’s Teeth, Klim, Kurv-X, Motohansa, North of Berlin, Riding Culture or TFX Suspension are of course not to be missed and present themselves in large numbers on the festival meadow.
Scrambler conversions by customizers such as Crooked Moto, Loose Screw or GRMTO Gas & Retro from Slovenia are also welcome. Further customizers can still apply.
Four rock bands live on stage, presented by ROCK ANTENNE
During the day, the ROCK ANTENNE Biker Rock Stream provides good vibes on the festival grounds, in the evening, the love for motorcycling is celebrated at rock concerts with the bands Red Stingray from Rosenheim, Black River Delta from Sweden, Cold Years from Scotland, and Jimmy Cornett & The Deadmen from Hamburg.
Various beer specialties from the Maxlrain Castle Brewery, as well as bars and food trucks, or the cozy beer garden of the adjacent Bräustüberl, which offers a hearty biker breakfast from 10 a.m. every day, take care of the physical well-being.
With your own tent or camper van
The opportunities are rounded off with a large campground with luxury sanitary facilities. Tents and camper vans are welcome but should secure a spot by online booking in advance. Of course, there are also hotels of all categories in the nearby Bad Aibling and Rosenheim. Due to the holiday season, all places and accommodations should be booked as soon as possible.
Further team members with motorcycle enthusiasm sought
Together with the platform GERMAN VOLUNTEERS, we are still looking for active helpers for set-up and dismantling but also as track marshals during the festival. GERMAN VOLUNTEERS organizes volunteers for German sport. The non-profit organization offers associations, clubs, and organizers a digital infrastructure for volunteer management to enable commitment beyond participation barriers for all, promote recognition and appreciation for volunteers, and support organized sports.
