Roughkut, Dakar GTX and redesigned Dakar and Mojave lines lead 2027 product introductions across KLIM’s motorcycle categories.
RIGBY, Idaho (Nov. 3, 2026) – KLIM is unveiling the 2027 Motorcycle Collection at EICMA in Milan, led by the all-new Roughkut collection, lightweight Dakar GTX Adventure gear and complete redesigns of the Dakar and Mojave Dual-Sport and Off-Road lines. The collection also introduces new helmets, Touring gear, new waterproof footwear, impact protection and Women’s riding gear.
The collection is on display at EICMA 2026, held Nov. 3-8 at Fiera Milano Rho, with a sneak peek available at KLIM.com.
ROUGHKUT: LOOKS CASUAL. ISN’T.
The all-new Roughkut collection brings KLIM quality and performance into everyday motorcycle gear with refined styling, understated branding and versatility on and off the bike. Designed as motorcycle gear first, the collection pairs casual styling with rider-focused protection and performance.
The Ironwood Jacket delivers the appearance of classic waxed canvas using lightweight waxed nylon, backed by CE AA-rated abrasion protection and KLIM’s Rogue Level 2 impact protection. The Grindstone Riding Shirt brings CE AA-rated protection and KLIM Rogue Level 1 armor to a casual flannel-style design. For cooler conditions, the insulated Blackthorn Jacket combines rider protection and everyday versatility with added insulation and a hood.
Roughkut also includes redesigned K Fifty series riding jeans in relaxed, straight and tapered fits, plus the unarmored Unlimited Straight Riding Pant and the updated Women’s Betty Riding Pant. These stretch riding pants combine road-ready abrasion performance with new low-profile Rogue Phantom CE Level 1 armor.

The new Dakar GTX Jacket and Pant bridge the gap between lightweight Dual-Sport equipment and traditional Adventure gear. The streamlined system combines waterproof performance, street-rated abrasion protection, functional ventilation, practical storage and integrated KLIM Rogue Level 1 armor.
Designed for Dual-Sport and midsized Adventure motorcycles, Dakar GTX reduces unnecessary weight and bulk while retaining the weather protection and practical features required for long days on the bike.
DAKAR AND MOJAVE: REDESIGNED FOR 2027
KLIM’s Dakar and Mojave lines have been comprehensively redesigned to serve distinctly different Dual-Sport and Off-Road conditions.
The redesigned Dakar Jacket, Jersey, Pants, In-The-Boot Pants and Gloves improve mobility, airflow and comfort while maintaining the durability and adaptability required for changing temperatures and demanding terrain.
For aggressive riding in high temperatures, the redesigned Mojave Jersey, Pants, In-The-Boot Pants and Gloves prioritize maximum airflow, mobility and durability through open-mesh construction, stretch materials and rider-focused articulation.
NEW GEAR ACROSS THE COLLECTION
The new X1 Gamma Helmet brings the aerodynamic and aeroacoustic development of the X1 Alpha platform into a purpose-driven Adventure helmet. It offers a wide field of view, Optical Class 1 clarity, tool-free face-shield and peak-visor adjustment, and four configurations for Adventure, Street, Dual-Sport and Off-Road riding.
The third-generation Marrakesh Jacket and Pant feature breathable four-way-stretch KARBONITE Micromesh construction, improved material mapping and an upgrade to KLIM Rogue Level 2 armor for improved impact protection.
The redesigned Ai-1 Airbag Vest combines the In&motion crash-detection system with a more breathable, low-profile chassis and more robust air bladder. Claims concerning crash detection, inflation, battery and protection performance are provided by In&motion.
The new Outlander GTX Tall Boot combines a waterproof nine-inch design with motorcycle support, walking comfort and dual-zone BOA adjustment. The new Teklander GTX Boot pairs waterproof protection and everyday walkability with stable footpeg support.
For women riders, the updated collection includes a redesigned Women’s Marrakesh Jacket with Rogue Level 2 armor and a redesigned Betty Riding Pant with abrasion-resistant stretch denim and low-profile Rogue Phantom armor.
