ISSUE 77 - JANUARY 2023

Upshift Online’s annual Wide Open issue has become a tradition that we have become increasingly fond of. It started as a glance in the rear-view mirror to celebrate the many stories that came out of the last calendar year, as well as an opportunity to share the incredible images that did not fit into the original articles. While those themes are no less present in this latest edition of the Year in Photos  magazine, we’ve also learned that one of the most powerful effects of this issue is how it revs up both our readers and our contributors to venture even further this year! Looking back at where Upshift explored in 2022, the bikes we managed to ride, and the people we had the pleasure of meeting fuels us to be even more adventurous and creative in 2023. Life as an adventurer, no matter the scale, is one of growth. Every trip, accomplishment, and discovery builds upon one another to cultivate a rider who’s more experienced and versatile than before. 


We believe that sometimes the best way to motivate future growth as a rider, and as a business for that  matter, is to remember the moments that occurred along the way. So in that spirit, please enjoy a collection of our favorite moments from 2022, and be sure to keep it ‘wide open’ in 2023.
