KLIM ANNOUNCES ALL NEW ROGUE BODY ARMOUR

KLIM GOES ROGUE: NEW INTEGRATED ARMOR SYSTEM LAUNCHED AT EICMA

KLIM continues raising the bar in motorcycle apparel innovation with the introduction of its new in-house-developed Rogue™ armor system.

KLIM is redefining rider protection with the global debut of its Rogue™ integrated armor system at EICMA 2025 in Hall 14, booth i45. The Rogue™ armor system is an advanced proprietary compound of impact-absorbing polymers and underscores the relentless innovation found in KLIM’s 2026 lineup, which includes fully redesigned GORE-TEX Adventure and Touring gear and the highly anticipated GT1 Expedition modular carbon helmet. The new armor was designed in-house by KLIM over five years of rigorous development, representing a groundbreaking advancement in rider safety and comfort, challenging what riders have come to expect from their gear.

“KLIM’s 2026 motorcycle lineup represents a major leap forward in rider-focused innovation,” said Brent Harden, Category Director at KLIM. “We’re thrilled to introduce our all-new Rogue™ protectors – lighter, thinner, softer, and more comfortable than before, while exceeding impact standards where others fall short.”

Going Rogue™: A New Standard in Protection
KLIM’s Rogue™ armor was born from a need for thinner, lighter and more breathable protection without compromising impact absorption across varying conditions. CE testing standards for motorcycle armor require passing impact absorption tests in two conditions: Ambient and Wet. However, two optional test conditions also exist: Hot and Cold. Adventurous riders will easily get themselves into conditions that exceed the limitations of the two required CE tests, so KLIM sought armor that would pass more conditions. After exhaustive market research failed to yield a solution that met their needs, KLIM decided to build it themselves. Over the course of yearslong development, they invested heavily in building a Rapid Prototyping Lab and Hard Parts Department, conducting hundreds of tests across a multitude of compounds and structures to engineer an armor system that meets and exceeds CE Level 1 and Level 2 standards.

Introducing Rogue™ Level 1 and Level 2
All of KLIM’s Rogue™ armor is thinner, lighter and more breathable than the prior armor in their GORE-TEX Adventure and Touring outerwear. In fact, Rogue™ Level 2 limb pads are so thin they’re actually as thin as the prior Level 1 armor. All Rogue™ Level 1 and Level 2 limb armor also passes all four CE testing conditions, offering a more complete protection package than ever seen in KLIM gear. Riders will appreciate reduced overall garment weight and bulk, both of which add to a refined fit experience and improved comfort. Breathability is also massively improved, allowing for greater functionality of the waterproof GORE-TEX membrane.

Rogue™ armor will come standard in all 2026 KLIM new and redesigned outerwear and is fully backwards compatible with previous generations of KLIM gear. Riders can contact KLIM customer service to find the perfect fit for their existing jackets and pants. Rogue™ armor will also be available separately to upgrade other riding gear where standard CE pad sizes are used.

Introducing Rogue™ EXP Level 2
The Rogue™ EXP Level 2 pads offer expanded protection (hence the name EXP) covering significantly more surface area than standard CE-rated pads. This limb armor passes all four CE testing conditions – Ambient, Wet, Cold and Hot – offering greater performance in extreme environments. Whether riding in scorching heat or freezing cold, Rogue™ EXP Level 2 delivers protection for the extreme conditions that KLIM gear is designed for.

Each Rogue™ EXP Level 2 pad is asymmetrically designed and molded in a specific pattern to optimize impact force absorption, coverage, flexibility and breathability. As a further upgrade for 2026, compact armor sizes are available for the smaller sized garments in the Badlands Pro, Badlands Pro A3 and Kodiak lines, ensuring tailored comfort across all sizes.

Rogue™ EXP Level 2 is backwards compatible with prior generations of KLIM Badlands Pro and Badlands Pro A3 jackets and pants.

KLIM’s 2026 Adventure and Touring collections have been completely reimagined, featuring refined GORE-TEX construction, improved fit and mobility, smarter pocket layouts, optimized ventilation systems and more streamlined touchpoints. The integration of Rogue™ armor elevates every piece with weight savings, reduced bulk and improved breathability, reflecting KLIM’s commitment to enhancing the riding experience.
