1. Sponsor
The Upshift Online Inc. Dualsport / Adventure Motorcycle Mirror Survey Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Upshift Online Inc. , located in the United States. This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by Dunlop or any other brands mentioned.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia , age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, all U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law. Employees of Upshift Online Inc. and their immediate families or household members are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on August 6, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on August 25, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, complete the official Upshift Dualsport / Adventure Motorcycle Mirror Survey during the Entry Period. Limit one entry per person.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without completing the survey, send an email to info@upshiftonline.com with the subject line “Mirror Survey Giveaway Entry” and include your full name and email address. AMOE entries must be received by the deadline above.
5. Prizes
- One (1) winner will receive a set of Dunlop Trailmax or Geomax tires of their choice , subject to availability. Approximate retail value (ARV): up to $500 USD . *Winner is responsible for selecting tires that fit their motorcycle. Upshift Online Inc. will assist in confirming fitment, but final responsibility lies with the winner. **Prize includes ground shipping to the winner in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and subject to availability. Upshift Online Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected via a random drawing on or about August 29, 2025 , from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days , an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Upshift Online Inc., which are final and binding. By accepting a prize, winners agree to the use of their first name and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Upshift Online Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise its integrity. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or emails.
8. Privacy
Entrant information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and in accordance with Upshift Online Inc.’s Privacy Policy . Email addresses may be added to the Upshift Online newsletter; recipients may unsubscribe at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Upshift Online Inc. , its affiliates, and any brands mentioned (including Dunlop) from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any prize.
